What are your shipping methods?
Our default shipping is UPS for $8.00.
Standard sized items are shipped UPS Ground at a flat rate of $8.00 however, Expedited options are available, but you must contact us at (716) 568-1165 and we will handle your request by phone.
How long does shipping take?
Items typically take anywhere between one to five days. If you need additional help or have a specific question please fill out the contact form on our contact us page or give us a call at (716) 568-1165.
Antunes products often times take 2-3 weeks for delivery unless we have that specific product in stock. If you need an Antunes product within a certain time frame call us at (716) 568-1165.
Can I track my package online?
Yes, if you wish to track your package, fill out the form on our contact page requesting a tracking code and we will send it to you as soon as we receive the message. Then visit UPS.com and enter in the tracking code into the form on the top left of the website.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the US and Canada. Canada typically incurs a slightly higher shipping rate, please call for details.
What is your return policy?
If you decide that you don’t want the part that we shipped to you, you have 30 days to return it. We typically require a 15% restocking fee.
What if my package arrived damaged?
You will need to contact us at (716) 568-1165 within seven days of your order arriving.
